Select one published scholarly research study that assesses the relationship between one of the relaxation techniques, highlighted in Chapters 10-12 of the course text, and the benefits on health and well-being. Please save a full-text PDF version of your selected article for submission along with your assignment.

Address the following elements:

• Prepare an overview of the study and the author’s/authors’ research question.
• Discuss the study participants.
• Discuss the methodology used by the authors.
• Explain the results of the study.
• Considering your cultural background, discuss how the study’s findings impact your personal health and well-being and overall knowledge of stress.
