Productivity Tools Presentation

Scenario: A small business owner in your local area just purchased Microsoft 365. This owner would like you to show him (or her) how he can utilize Microsoft 365 Productivity Tools OneNote, Sway, Office Mix and Edge to increase his productivity and/or help market his business. For purposes of this assignment, you can select whatever the small business is (i.e. bakery, hair salon, restaurant, florist, car repair shop, etc). You will illustrate how these products can help this owner via a PowerPoint presentation. If you have (or are planning to start) your own business, you can use that as the subject for your presentation.

Prepare a 10-15 slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation saved under the following naming convention: LastnameFirstnameW5-1. Using student John Doe as an example: DoeJohnW5-1. The presentation must contain the following:
Content Requirements:
* Name of small business (total of 1 slide)
– 1 slide on the name of small business that you will do your presentation on
* Features (total of 4 slides)
– 1 slide on your top 3 features of OneNote
– 1 slide on your top 3 features of Sway
– 1 slide on your top 3 features of Office Mix
– 1 slide on your top 3 features of Edge
– Note: Each tool must have its own unique set of features (a feature cannot be listed for multiple tools)
* Methods of Use (total of 4 slides)
. – 1 slide on your top 3 ways that the owner of your selected business can use OneNote
– 1 slide on your top 3 ways that the owner of your selected business can use Sway
– 1 slide on your top 3 ways that the owner of your selected business can use Office Mix
– 1 slide on your top 3 ways that the owner of your selected business can use Edge
– Note: Each tool must have its own unique set of methods of use (a method of use cannot be listed for multiple tools)
* Additional information that you would like to include in your presentation (anywhere from 1-6 slides)
Other Slide Requirements:
* Two different slide layouts
* At least one image
* Speaker notes on at least one slide

Please Note:
* Do not exceed the maximum number of slides by more than 4 slides
* Each slide must have meaningful content (i.e. blank slides will not be included in the slide count)
* If you are using references – list them at the end of the presentation, and cite them in the body of the presentation where used
