Search for an article that describes an organization that was involved in a discrimination case. The case could be based on discrimination related to age, race, gender, religion, disability, or national origin. Write a minimum 2-page APA formatted paper that addresses the following questions:
- What happened in the case? Provide a summary of what actions led to the discrimination claim.
- What was the employment law that was cited in the case? Provide a brief description of the law.
- What penalties/fines were involved? Describe any negative consequences that occurred as a result of the organization’s actions.
- What should the organization have done to have prevented the discrimination claim? Identify the steps the organization should have taken to prevent the discrimination case from occurring.
