You are doing a good job of addressing each of the four questions individually. So keep the overall organization for your final position paper.
As you continue working on your final position paper for the semester, look at the conclusion you reach and use those statements as the focus for your other sections relating to the questions. For example, by advocating for government playing a role in development and applications of AI in Q1, you are implying that federal government agencies operations need to change. In order to evaluate that analysis, people would need more details to understand more about what you are proposing. So go that one more step in specificity to come up with a concrete position that you could operationalize. For example, you could pick in agency to focus on, like the Labor Department, and suggest how that agency might address social implications of AI in workplaces. Be as specific as you can with each position you take.
