Respond to a peer who has a different viewpoints regarding some of the theorists than you do. Respectfully discuss your differences in terms of strengths and limitations of the theorist. Then, support your positions with personal examples and/or research. Lastly, present an area of the analysis in which you both agree, along with the reasons for agreement. Should be 150 words or more.

I believe that the theorist that has influenced my abilities in the teaching I have done is B.F. Skinner. I have used the rewards system to a few different degrees in the classroom and believe that it has helped the children with their development in understanding the importance to dedication and respect for their academics. The rewards for the children are for not only academics but also for their behaviors in and outside of the classroom as well.
